Step 1 Assessment
The first step is to assess the BBQ to determine its condition and the type of cleaning it requires. This includes checking the grill grates, burners, drip pans, and any other components for any signs of damage or wear and tear. We also check for any food or grease buildup that may have accumulated over time.
Step 2Setting Up
Once we have assessed the BBQ, we set up a cleaning station that rests on heavy-duty tarps to ensure that any grease or debris doesn't end up anywhere we don't want it to. We gather all the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies.
Step 3Inside Components
Next, we meticulously remove and clean all the internal components of the barbecue, such as the grill grates, heat defectors, flavor bars, burners, and infrared burners. To achieve the best results, we use only high-quality commercial-grade steam cleaners, brushes, and scrapers. Additionally, we prioritize the safety of our clients and the environment by avoiding the use of any toxic chemicals during the cleaning process.
Step 4Firebox
After thoroughly cleaning all the internal components and removing them, we clean from the top down, starting with the hood, carefully cleaning the sidewalls, grease tray, oil pan, and even the underneath cabinet area.
Step 5Exterior
After we have completed a thorough cleaning of the internal components of your BBQ, we shift our focus to the exterior. If your BBQ features any stainless steel accents, we will give them a final polish using a high-quality stainless steel compound and a microfiber cloth to bring back their original shine and luster.
Step 6Our Signature Touch
As a little bonus to all our valued customers, we go the extra mile to re-season your grill grates using our top-secret grill oil. This not only adds flavour back into your grates but also protects them against rust!
